WeSoFlyGME Present Romulus Milien aka Cityboy SoFly
CityBoy SoFLY (Romulus Milien was born on January 16, 1987 in St
Marc, Haiti) arrived in the United States in 1997. As a child, City Boy
lived with his Father and Aunt in Brooklyn, New York.
During his childhood years he loved to sing in the choir at Full Gospel Assembly of God. He showed early signs of a producer when he organized the all boys choir. His passion for music catapulted in his high school years. He began to rap at school functions, friends’ parties and was featured at his high-school graduation.

SoFLY moved to Miami, Florida during his Junior year in High School.
After graduating from high school he attended Miami’s Nova South Eastern
University, with a major in Business Administration. While attending
Nova SE University he created his own record label company, WESOFLY
Records.
Currently WESOFLYGME Records have over sixteen artists in studio under City Boy’s management. As a writer and producer, his artists include rap and R&B performers. City Boy’s lyrical talents, and dynamic stage presence has created a loyal following of Hip Hop and Rap fans. He frequently performs at a variety of venues in Miami and the South Florida region. City Boy is passionate about music and directing his company, WeSoFlyGME Records.
