Influenced by his church choir and performances in school musicals, Javier fell head over heels in love with singing, beginning to hone his craft with professional voice instructors at a young age. After performing with his brothers for two years, he quickly attracted the ear of popular Latin pop producer Juan Carlos Rodriguez, eventually leading to the breakout release of Nada Que Temer in 2011.
While drawing comparisons to contemporary artists such as Camila, Reik, Alex Ubago, Luis Fonsi and many more, Javier infuses a strong theme of faith and passion into his songs, creating a dynamic audio experience which belongs right at the top of the Latin charts. Driven by ten Christian-inspired tracks, the album ebbs and flows with his powerful, yet soothing vocals, enveloping the listener in a cloak of spiritual, positive sounds.
Now with airplay on several Latin American radio stations and performances lined up everywhere from Orlando, Florida to Ecuador, Javier is poised to launch himself toward international contemporary Christian stardom. Thanks to a God-given singing ability, brilliant producer and the support of his family, this is one up and comer who’s star is just starting to shine.
Nada Que Temer is available now through digital retailers such as iTunes, Amazon and CD Baby, with streaming audio, show dates, pictures and news available via his official website, Facebook or Twitter.
