Jeremy T. McConaughey’s New Single Is Alright, Alright, Alright

Benton, IL. — Wednesday, February 24th, 2021 — Up and coming Indie/Folk artist Jeremy T. McConaughey has released his sing “It’s In the End (thumbprint)” on all music streaming platforms. “It’s In the End (thumbprint), was produced by Mike Marsh (The Avett Brothers/formerly Dashboard Confessional) at Papermill Studio in Nashville, TN. Marsh also lends his talents to the single playing drums, keys and whistling. The single is released in promotion of McConaughey’s upcoming full length LP (not produced by Marsh) that will be available later this year.

With deep roots in Honky-Tonk, Americana, and Folk Music delivered with a modern Indie appeal, McConaughey delivers an impressive performance with his powerful and impressive vocal range. His background as a professional touring drummer provides him with a strong rhythmic sense and a passionate, purpose driven songwriting ability as evidenced all throughout the single.

Hailing from the black dirt small towns of Central Illinois, Jeremy has been dubbed “The Real Honky” by his fans or sometimes known as “J. Mac Honky,” delivering songs that are true to the heart with an honest perspective not found just anywhere. McConaughey gives Marsh a lot of credit for pushing him to write something timeless and  something honest- “It was incredible opportunity to work with Mike on this tunes. Drums being my principle instrument, I grew up idolizing the guy and now he is drumming for two of the greatest singer-songwriters on the planet… the whole experience was very humbling and surreal”.

McConaughey has just finished recording a full length album at Kingsize Soundlabs in Chicago, collaborating with extremely talented musicians, and a few different producers and continues to write his story while drawing inspiration from the world around him.
