Not the Same Character Played by a Different Person.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Detroit, Michigan —  August 2nd, 2021 — Striving to be different yet still blends with trending hip-hop, Dutch 3Times allows the versatility of his music to speak for itself.  The sole purpose of this press release is to introduce mainstream media and the masses of the world to this talent. Talent that began at a middle school band camp in 2003, and was inspired by all the great rappers before him, particularly Jay-z.  Dutch 3Times makes music for every occasion it being a sad time or just a time to have fun.

In April of 2021, Dutch 3Times released a five-song project entitled “Sick of Love”  written in 2020 this was an expression of the dark times faced by the artist.  Getting out of that funk Dutch 3Times released “Fire on Fire” in June of 2021, also a five-song project made exclusively just to have fun from being not able to enjoy some luxuries of life during 2020.

Dutch 3Times did not become a rapper overnight surprisingly he has been writing lyrical material since the early 2000s.   His name is derived from two main aspects of his life, that being his childhood and the children he has fathered thus far in his life.  “Dutch” is a childhood nickname given to him by his close friends, which origins came from the overwhelming desire to always consume “Dutch Master” products.  “3Times” comes from the fact that he has 3 children, which he explains seeing this in his name every day is the reason he does music and chases his dreams.

“Sick of Love” and “Fire on Fire” are now available on most major platforms such as Spotify, Apple,  and Amazon to name a few.   Eighteen years of writing and experiences are finally reaching the surface and the ears of the world.

Success doesn’t usually happen overnight and in his early 30s, Dutch 3Times is proof you never have to stop chasing your dreams.  “If you have music in your heart and words to express yourself let no soul deter you from this, not everything will be politically correct and some things are just made to have fun. It has been a long year of not having fun.  ”

ABOUT

Born in a small town in South Carolina, Dutch 3Times was the youngest child of a single mother.  His mother one day married the man of her dreams, this man who also became the Father figure of Dutch at the early age of 2.  The father of Dutch was born in Detroit, so constantly moving from Detroit to South Carolina was always a thing for the family.  Dutch discovered an ear for music in 2003 at a middle school band camp where he played the trumpet.  His love for music and particularly hip-hop really expanded throughout his high school years.  In those days, he collaborated with many friends which were producers, singers, and rappers who were also intrigued by the art in some way or another.  No one had a clue what they were doing so that constantly made things up as they went along.  And to this day Dutch continues to figure things out with an open mind and an open heart.
