On the contrary, they are on the rise. The releases of singles, concerts, balls and festivals are multiplying at a frantic pace. The release of Konbyen m’Vo, Panel Compas’ debut studio album, illustrates this obvious point.

Panel Compas, a new group of compasses in the radars of Haitian music, the name is an anagram of the two owners of this group founded on December 11, 2017. This group which has been in existence for 3 years is founded by Nelson JOSEPH aka Nelson BelGuitare (Co-owner, Maestro and Guitarist) and Patricia Constance TRIESTE (Co-owner, Manager, investor). ” Pouki se mwen ” is the band’s first official music video.

After 3 years of existence and experience in the Haitian music industry they decided to release their first album titled “ Konbyen m’Vo ” on May 22, 2021.

 

ALL NEW, ALL SOFT.

Based in Pétion-ville, this young group, from the New Wave Compass movement which combines modern sounds and arrangements from the 70s and 80s, has spent the last few months working ardently in the studio with talented musicians to offer music lovers this LP of 11 tracks, available on all streaming and download platforms.

The group’s ideology is to promote Haitian music.

Musicians have a very modest social status since they are professional musicians who are committed to making a good impression with the compass which is a Haitian musical genre.

The titles in the tracklist of “Konbyen m’Vo” reflect all the musical influences of these young artists and address various themes that delight music lovers.

Panel Compas uses all social network platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, Linkedin, Tiktok, Telegram) they have an application called ” Panel Compas ” and also a website ” www.panelcompas.com ”.

Before the release of this opus, Panel Compas has already shared the stage with big names of Compas including Nu-Look and Enposib in front of audiences in ecstasy and who asked for more.

In addition, in addition to this LP, the Panel Compas repertoire also includes two (2) video clips for the songs “Pouki Se Mwen” and “Kè M Kontan” to watch without measure on the group’s YouTube channel.
